The hotel is OK but I am an Accor member and it seems none of my stays are accounted for and I need to manually do it. I have provided my membership number and it never gets accounted. Also invoices are not provided on a normal basis

Your staff on arrival were very friendly courteous & bubbly a nice greeting after a long drive. We were up graded to our room very nice thanks Had dinner in the restaurant the food was very good & the water staff excellent if i am passing by in the future will definitely be staying again thanks.
